Hello! We are the Betts family: Dillon and Alainah plus our littles, Ellis and Mr. Onhisway. We’ve called Orcas home for eight years, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
As most have come to discover, Orcas is completely enchanting and that’s just what pulled us in many years ago, and what continues to capture us (in the best way) year after year. Before Orcas, we spent every opportunity traveling other enchanting parts of the world, exploring and immersing ourselves in varied cultures and ways of life. What’s universal though, is laying down your head at night, content in a new environment, excited and eager for the next day’s discoveries.
With Island Logistics, our job as hosts and caretakers is rooted in understanding the depth and importance of providing that platform. A landing spot – a light at your final destination that is safe, secure, clean and diligently managed. Peace of mind that while you may be traveling yourself, or at your main residence elsewhere, your home on Orcas is under our personal care. As a result of our time on Orcas, we’ve consciously built Island Logistics, offering services that we’re proud of, connecting with home owners on a genuine level to meet their individual needs. Island Logistics is meant to cater to second home owners who are either part-time residents and in need of caretaking services while they are away or second home owners who wish to utilize their homes for vacation rental purposes.
Our mission from the start has been to be genuine partners in the way we interact with clients and guests. Orcas isn’t this crazy big city or impulsive place, so it doesn’t make sense for us to conduct business in that way. We are always efficient, personable, and available. We understand that island life is inherently different, just as our client and guest needs. Island Logistics has curated thought out practices and developed successful strategies for remote services unique to this special haven. We keep an exclusive portfolio of clients who share in our values and benefit from our commitment to a hands-on approach.
