"Dillon and Alainah have managed our weekend home on Orcas Island for about 18 months and it has been a real lifesaver for us – from the tiny things like bringing packages in, to checking in on the house after big storms – more and more lately, to noticing things about the house that might need maintenance, to suggesting and meeting repair people when we are not around. They have saved our butts numerous times – keys left behind on the island (FedEx-ed home), a flood from a washing machine (getting an excellent contractor to take care of drying out the drywall and redoing a bathroom), a 120' tree that was becoming uprooted (discovered on a property check after a storm and found a great arborist and then hauled away the wood). If Dillon and Alainah could be in two locations at one time, I would have them manage our primary residence as well. No detail is too small, no ask too big. Given everything that happens in a rural, wooded place over the course of a year, it's really hard to imagine having to do this ourselves during our precious on-island time."

Every time we have gone up to our house it is beyond clean! One of the other many positives about Dillon and Alainah is their attention to detail. If something has happened with one of the guests or to the house itself, they are quick to respond to all parties and already have a plan in place. We feel very comforted knowing our home is in their hands."

This place was perfect for our family of four. Alainah’s attention to detail was excellent. The house felt bright and clean, and was stocked with all the amenities we needed. Alainah was the perfect host, checking in with us via email a couple times through the week to make sure we had everything we needed. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Great unique spot at the edge of town - so easy to get around. We were at the house for our wedding week and they left us a personal note and gift - such great hosts! They were super responsive to anything we needed during the week. The renovation has been done beautifully on this historic Orcas home. This is a great Airbnb to host a dinner or as a gathering place for a bigger group. We were so happy to stay here and would highly recommend to anyone!

"The Cottage at Doe bay is amazing! We loved our stay and will be back! The location is unique with nature, privacy, and gorgeous views of the water. The house is high end with everything you need to cook an amazing meal and relax in the living room. The master bedroom has an incredible ocean view and the bed is very comfortable. Alainah is an amazing host. She was super attentive and very communicative. She reached out proactively to let us know about tips for the island. Highly recommend!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!"
